Returns & Replacements
Every portrait is handcrafted for your pet, so finished pieces aren't returnable if you change your mind. If something arrives damaged or deviates from the proof you approved, we'll reprint or replace it right away—at no extra cost.
What we cover
Reach out within 14 days of delivery if you notice any production issue. We'll investigate and send a complimentary replacement.
- Misprints, color banding, or visible artifacts introduced during production.
- Incorrect product type, size, or style compared with the approved proof.
- Items damaged in transit (bent corners, broken frames, chipped mugs, etc.).
Why we can't accept general returns
Each order is custom-designed from your pet's photos, so we can't restock or resell finished work. For that reason we don't accept returns or refunds when a customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong photos. Our team will always make production errors right, and we're happy to tweak notes before you approve your proof.
How to request a replacement
Email us at pawportraitsai@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Order number or the email address used at checkout.
- Photos of the issue (close-ups and one wider shot are ideal).
- A short summary of what went wrong so we can fix it quickly.
We typically ship replacements within 2 business days of approving the fix. Shipping speeds match the original delivery method.
Shipping overview
Standard U.S. delivery arrives in 5–8 business days after proof approval. Expedited options are available at checkout. Replacements ship on the same service level you originally selected.
