Although we use AI to assist with crafting your product, we like to add a personalized touch which requires some time.

We will often have more than one great result and will give you a choice on which to print.

Because every portrait is custom-made specifically for your pet, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on approved orders.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

• If there's a printing error or quality issue on our end, we'll make it right with a replacement.

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you notice any defects.

Quality guarantee: We only ship products that meet our high standards. If you're not satisfied with the proof before approval, we'll work with you to adjust the artwork until you love it!

Yes! Before you approve the proof, you can request changes to the artwork.

Common requests include adjusting colors, backgrounds, or specific details.

Once you approve the proof, we cannot make changes since production begins immediately.

If you need to modify your order after approval, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

For the best AI-generated portrait, please upload:

• Clear, well-lit photos (natural lighting works best)

• Photos taken at your pet's eye level

• For images that include multiple pets or people, try to include all in at least one image to get best proportions.

• Images where your pet's face fills most of the frame

• 2-5 photos from different angles help our AI capture their personality

Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos. The better your reference photos, the more accurate and detailed your custom portrait will be!

Multi-pet portraits work best when each pet has 2-3 clear reference photos and at least one image with all pets or humans together in order to get proportions correct.
